Despite some minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay at Ocean Dream Cancun By Guruhotel. The location, beach, and room staff were delightful. However, issues with towel cleanliness and a slow check-out process detracted from the overall experience. The hotel has potential but needs to address these concerns for a more enjoyable stay.

Jacuzzi bath on the balcony was a PERFECT touch. Would stay again! Better in person.

The location was top-notch, like seriously, close to all the fun spots but none of the noise bothered us, perfect! The hammocks were legit chill vibes, with that ocean breeze hitting just right, and the pool view was on another level, right there by the beach. 🏖️

Featuring a private balcony with breathtaking views of the turquoise waters, our room allowed us to soak up the Caribbean sun and enjoy stunning sunsets. The tranquility of the accommodations and the modern decoration made us feel like royalty, as if the room was tailor-made just for us.

I traveled to Ocean Dream with the purpose of enjoying a relaxing beach getaway. My stay was for three nights and it exceeded my expectations. The lagoon room on the 4th floor was clean and had a modern decor. The lagoon view at night was stunning. Despite some traffic noise, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant service and food were excellent. The location was perfect, with stores, nightlife, and restaurants just a few steps away.

Would recommend this hotel.

Staying here was an unbeatable experience. This place is situated right on the beach, and within walking distance to all the nightclubs and restaurants. The views from the rooms are amazing, and the staff ensured I got everything I desired, including 24-hour room service, tours, and laundry services. In addition, this venue has a number of other luxurious facilities, like a spa centre with massage, jacuzzi, and beauty treatment. The sun terrace and sun loungers were perfect for relaxing.

Although I had no major complaints, there were a few minor issues. The hotel reception could have been more welcoming and friendly.

I loved this hotel! The location was perfect- right on the beach with two pools, and it was so close to everything! Walking distance to the best nightclubs, restaurants, and a huge supermarket. Plus, the hotel was clean and had great facilities.

The pool area was clean with plenty of chairs for sunbathing and umbrellas to shield from the sun. My room was fully equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for preparing meals. The markets nearby made grocery shopping easy.

We had a fantastic time over Christmas at this hotel. The fact that we were able to see wild sea turtles on the beach was such an amazing surprise. The swings by the pool with the tremendous sea view were a highlight of our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a short distance to the surf school. The friendly staff and comfortable sunbeds on the beach added to the overall enjoyable experience.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the bathroom in our room had a horrible smell that lasted for several days.

The pool and lounge chairs on the beach were really nice and the drinks and food available in these areas was reasonably priced. The room had a nice kitchenette which allowed us to save some time and money in the morning by cooking our own breakfast. The beach was very nice. The infinity pool looking out to the sea was very nice, the best part about our stay at Ocean Dream Cancun By Guruhotel.

The hotel's decoration is just lovely, with cozy corners and beautiful artwork that make you feel right at home. The general areas are spacious and easy to navigate for us seniors, and the hotel's accessibility for senior people is excellent, with ramps and handrails where needed.

I would ask for better vacation for senior people with more attentive service from the children working there.

The hotel had a private front beach with comfortable umbrellas and sofas, a great restaurant, efficient air conditioning, fast check-in, convenient changing rooms, amazing ocean view rooms with balconies. The staff was friendly and helpful, the safety and cleanliness of the grounds. Watching the turtles during the nesting season was an lovely experience.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right by the vibrant nightlife and close to everything. We could easily catch a bus at the nearby stop to go for dinner further down the strip. Moreover, it is conveniently situated right on the beach, with access to everything just steps away.

Personally, I found the views of the lake a bit less appealing.

Loved the "complete and equipped" accommodations with "modern decoration" and "balconies with sea views". Definitely one of the "best Condohotels". Great location to "relax and unwind".

Wasn't a fan of the "free wifi, free parking, Restaurant with room service available, Spa services and a Surf School".
